How we work

FG. Global Financial Group Ltd is a UK consultancy focused on the HR basics that small businesses run on: employee administration, onboarding procedures, workforce organisation, internal HR processes, staff documentation and day-to-day people management.

We are deliberately not a temp agency and not an outsourcing provider. We look at how your people processes run today, design improvements that fit the team you have, and hand everything back in usable form – documents, checklists and a walkthrough included.

Diagnose – We look at how your team works today – admin, onboarding, rotas, documents – and map what is slowing you down.
Design – You get a practical improvement plan sized to your team, with the templates and process notes written for your business.
Handover – Everything is handed over in usable form – documents, checklists and a short walkthrough – so your team can run it without us.

What “sized to your team” means

Small teams do not need enterprise HR. A twelve-person workshop needs a clean contract template, a first-week routine and a simple rota – not a forty-page handbook nobody reads.

So every recommendation we make is written for your headcount, your hours and your way of working. Where a two-page checklist is enough, that is what you get.
