What we collect and why
- Enquiries (email and phone): your name, contact details and the business context you choose to share – used only to reply and scope possible work.
- Project materials: documents and information you share for a consultancy engagement – used only to deliver that work.

How long we keep things
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Project materials are returned or deleted at handover as you instruct, except where we must keep basic business records for accounting purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers strictly needed to run the business (email and hosting), and only to the extent needed to reply to you or deliver your project.
Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To use them, email info@fg-financial.uk – we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
