Services

FG. Global Financial Group Ltd provides HR and workforce operations consultancy to small businesses, delivered as fixed-scope projects: review, design, handover. The exact scope of each engagement is set out in a written quote agreed before work starts.

Quotes and engagement

• Fees are quoted per project, by scope; indicative ranges are published on the services page.
• An engagement starts only when you accept the written quote.
• If scope changes during a project, we agree the change and any fee adjustment in writing before continuing.

Cancellation and changes

• You may cancel a scheduled call at any time; there is no charge.
• Once a project has started, work completed to date is invoiced and any unused fixed fee is refunded.
• We will reschedule at no cost if we need to change an agreed session.

Deliverables and ownership

On completion you receive the handover pack described in your quote. Templates and documents produced for your business are yours to use and adapt internally.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s business information confidential. Employee records shared for a project are used only for that project and returned or deleted at handover as you instruct.

Liability and governing law

We provide consultancy support with reasonable care and skill; business decisions remain yours. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
